Desirable criteria

• Authorised / Responsible Person in one or more of the following specialism’s : - o LV Electrical Systems o HV Electrical Systems o Heating and Ventilation Systems o Steam Systems o Decontamination o Safe Water Systems o Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) o Natural Gas Supplies o Confined Spaces

Experience

Essential criteria

• Extensive practical knowledge of the electrical and / or mechanical in a complex building environment
• Knowledge of all relevant legislation and technical guidance
• Significant experience working in a complex engineering / building environment

Desirable criteria

• Ability to manage and deliver to deadlines and within resources
• Knowledge of all relevant Health Technical Memorandum’s (HTM’s)
