Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

(4 on 4 off Days/ Nights) £38,000 - £44,000 (OTE £50,000+) + Specialist Training + Progression Available + Healthcare Schemes

Location - Clacton on Sea, Essex

The company is renowned within the Industrial Services industry. Due to continued success and investment, they are looking to expand and strengthen the Engineering department. This client has heavily invested in the latest technology and machinery, whilst having a clean work environment.

Within this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preventive maintenance and some reactive maintenance. The company encourages mechanical or electrical engineers to apply and provides initial and ongoing support to become an expert in their field.

The ideal candidate is a Maintenance Engineer with a background working in FMCG, Manufacturing, Ex‑forces, Plant Engineering, or Production, and is either multiskilled, mechanically biased or electrically biased.

Ex‑forces (RAF, REME, Royal Navy, etc) candidates are encouraged to apply and will be offered plenty of training, support, and upskilling.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi‑skilled Engineer to join a nationwide market leader, receive specialist training to increase skills, and be offered the potential to progress into more senior positions and work on brand‑new cutting‑edge machinery.

The Role:

• Preventive and reactive maintenance of plant equipment
• Electrical and Mechanical fault finding, servicing, and installation.
• Shift based: 4 on 4 off - DAYS/NIGHTS - 7 am-pm/7 pm-am

• Multi-skilled Maintenance background
• Experience in FMCG, Food, or manufacturing, Ex Forces, plant or similar background.
• Live commutable to Clacton on Sea
