Overview

Are you a Maintenance Engineer, looking for a 3-day 12-hour shift role in Newcastle? We have an excellent opportunity for our client, a heavy engineering, FMCG manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Focus on preventive maintenance and assets care involving fault finding, testing, and continuous improvement of machinery/equipment to optimise line production.
• Perform electrical and/or mechanical repairs on site, working within a small team.
• Cover 12-hour day shifts over the weekend with a 12-hour shift throughout the week of your choice.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Skilled within electrical or mechanical engineering and ideally apprenticed trained within mechanical/electrical engineering or similar.
