Overview

We re recruiting a Night Shift Machine Operator to join a long-established manufacturer specialising in precision rubber moulding for a variety of industries.

Our client a specialist technical manufacturer of bespoke rubber mouldings and custom-made rubber products. The company has over 50 years of specialist manufacturing experience and have been instrumental in offering ground breaking solutions for industrial, commercial and military applications across the UK, Europe and Worldwide.

Location: Aldershot, Hampshire

Hours

Hours: 4 DAY WORKING WEEK. 44 hours per week 7:00pm Monday to Thursday 19:00 - 07:00 (one-hour unpaid lunch break plus 2 x 10-min paid breaks)

Pay

Pay: 40 hours paid at GBP15.26 per hour, 4 hours paid at GBP20.35 per hour

What you ll be doing

• Operating and monitoring machinery to set specifications
• Completing required production paperwork accurately
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area and reporting any issues or faults promptly
• Supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
• Flexibly assisting across departments when required

• Ideally experience as a machine or moulding operator in a production/manufacturing environment
• A proactive, reliable team player who s happy to learn new processes
• Able to work to high standards of health & safety and quality
• Comfortable with the physical aspects of the job (standing, lifting, pushing, bending, etc.)
