An expanding Wealth Management firm is recruiting for a Trainee Financial Adviser, or Junior/Associate Adviser, with a view to acquiring existing clients and, in due course, developing their own client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated diploma-qualified individual with industry experience to transition into Financial Advice, gain their CAS status, and grow an existing client portfolio. It is also ideal for an experienced paraplanner seeking the next step in their career. The firm may also consider candidates close to obtaining their diploma who are currently working within an IFA environment, such as a paraplanner or adviser looking to move from a tied environment with support.
The company has grown significantly over recent years, adding to their impressive client portfolio. Their outstanding reputation and quality of service have driven their continued success, primarily through referrals and enquiries.
They are seeking an ambitious, client-focused, and motivated individual with diploma and client management experience to train up as an adviser. Alternatively, they welcome experienced paraplanners or those wishing to transition from a corporate environment to broaden their product knowledge or take on advisory responsibilities.
The firm offers support during the transition, including initial periods of up to a year if needed, to help new advisers learn the ropes, provided there is a genuine desire to develop in this role.
A competitive salary, benefits package, existing clients, and OTE earnings are available, with all terms open to negotiation. Interested candidates are encouraged to contact Alison Curran promptly for a confidential discussion.
