Are you an experienced leader within advocacy, sexual violence, or safeguarding services looking to step into a strategic management role? Do you want to lead a specialist service that makes a meaningful difference to autistic people and people with learning disabilities who have experienced sexual violence? We are seeking a compassionate, confident, and values-led ISVA Service Manager to lead and develop a specialist advocacy service supporting survivors to access justice, safety, and recovery.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the quality, impact, and development of ISVA and wider advocacy services. You will lead commissioned workstreams, manage and support a skilled advocacy team, and ensure high standards of trauma‑informed, rights‑based practice. You will work strategically and operationally – overseeing service delivery, safeguarding, performance management, and impact reporting – while also contributing to service growth, funding opportunities, and system change across the sexual violence and disability sectors.
You will bring substantial experience from advocacy, ISVA, safeguarding, or survivor services, along with the confidence to lead in complex and high‑risk contexts. You will be committed to trauma‑informed, inclusive practice and comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on operational oversight.
We are committed to being an inclusive, trauma‑informed employer and actively welcome applications from people with lived experience and from communities that are under‑represented in leadership roles.
