Head of Housing Management

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to oversee key housing services, including Tenancy Management and Welfare Support, Independent Living, Customer Service, Resident Engagement, and Neighbourhood Planning.

In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping innovative policies, driving service improvement, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-focused services. You will lead on cross-cutting initiatives such as service digitalisation and commercial growth, while fostering collaborative partnerships to deliver sustainable housing solutions and improved outcomes for residents.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will champion continuous improvement, manage risk and compliance, and contribute to the development of long-term strategies. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, partners, and external organisations to enhance service delivery and achieve organisational objectives.
