A leading global management consulting firm is seeking a Learning Designer to develop engaging compliance training for employees worldwide. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in instructional design, strong stakeholder management abilities, and proficiency in eLearning tools like Articulate 360. This role requires excellent project management skills to handle multiple learning projects effectively.

What You'll Do
Design learning experiences that support BCG’s global Risk and Compliance strategy. In this role, you will create engaging and accurate compliance learning for all BCG employees worldwide, including onboarding, refreshers, and mandatory training modules. This includes eLearning, live and virtual live sessions that are memorable, behaviourally impactful, and aligned with BCG’s standards. You will collaborate with internal risk and compliance teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and training teams to ensure our learning interventions not only inform but shift behaviours to drive a culture of integrity and accountability. Your work will influence how our people understand and embody compliance values across geographies and roles.
