FRENCH SELECTION (FS) – French speaking Logistics Coordinator

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

• Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of products to their designated locations.

The Role

• Answer customers’ enquiries from both French and English markets
• Add and amend data accurately in the system for booking, tracking and billing shipment
• Provide quotations and process orders
• Follow up on quotations, orders and potential business opportunities
• Other general administration and data entry tasks as required

The candidate

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
• Previous experience/knowledge in UK logistics
• Strong customer service and organisational skills
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• IT literate
