100Years, 100Migrants is a compelling photographic initiative by award‑winning photographers DavidTett and CarmenValino, celebrating migration's impact on London through the stories of 100 individuals. We will be creating a series of 100 powerful portraits featuring 100 different individuals from 100 different countries and spanning 100 different age groups (from 1 to 100). As well as the photos we will be interviewing participants, allowing them to share their unique background stories and experiences in their own words. The project is supported by the GLA, TheMigrationMuseum, and Refugee Week. 100-years-100-migrants is a photography project described at https://refugeeweek.org.uk/100-years-100-migrants-a-photography-project-by-david-tett-and-carmen-valino/ and progress can be seen on our Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/100years100migrants/.
This is not an employment contract and you will be working independently, setting your own hours, and being paid on a commission basis per individual booked/scheduled and we have subsequently photographed. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking for flexible, part-time freelance work with a social impact focus.
