A leading company in the fostering sector seeks a Registered Manager for their Midlands service. This full-time role involves team management, safeguarding responsibilities, and requires significant experience in fostering. The successful candidate will have a Social Work qualification and leadership aspirations, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including salary up to £60,000.
We are looking for a Registered Manager for this organisation's Fostering service in the Midlands.
This is a full-time position with elements of hybrid working.
You must be a Qualified Social Worker.
You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship).
This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and their families.
The successful candidate will have significant experience within Fostering teams, at Team Manager+ level, post-qualification, with an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.
Additionally, you will possess or be willing to work towards your Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
