Finance Business Partner Permanent Greater Manchester Housing Association Hybrid Working

We re excited to be partnering with a forward–thinking Housing Association in Greater Manchester to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

This is a pivotal role where you ll provide trusted financial insight and advice to Directors and Service Managers, ensuring they have the tools and clarity to deliver on the organisation s strategic goals. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you ll drive financial sustainability through strong performance management and collaboration across key service areas, including Repairs & Maintenance.

The Role
  • Deliver financial advice and support to enable informed decision–making
  • Prepare and present insightful financial analysis on service performance
  • Support budget holders to develop and manage robust budgets
  • Carry out balance sheet reconciliations
  • Monitor financial performance and translate complex information for non–financial stakeholders
  • Lead value–for–money reporting and identify cost–saving initiatives
  • Contribute to internal audit processes and system improvements
The Person
  • Part–qualified ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA / ACA with management accounts experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles and controls
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present data in a clear, actionable way
  • Highly proficient in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communicator with the confidence to influence at all levels
  • Self–motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development
