Senior R&D Analytical Chemist
Location : Yorkshire
Permanent

Our Yorkshire based pharmaceutical client develop and manufacture a range of products, they are actively looking for a Senior Analytical Development Chemist. This is a busy role where the successful candidate will be both designing / developing and validating analytical methods. Duties for this role will include:

  • Developing novel methods using analytical techniques including HPLC
  • Developing appropriate stability tests for regulatory purposes using HPLC and other instrumentation
  • Maintenance / trouble shooting of instrumentation
  • Validating a range of analytical methods and reports
  • Ensuring all activities and performed to quality and H&S standards including GMP
  • Advising other Analytical Chemists and supporting the transfer of robust analytical methods for others to use

Applications are invited from candidates with a BSc / MSc in Chemistry (or related subject) together with previous suitable experience gained in an analytical R&D environment
