Job summary

A leading FM service provider based in London is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to manage critical systems including emergency light and fire alarm tests. The ideal candidate will possess C&G / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations and 18th Edition qualification, along with experience in building services maintenance in a commercial environment.

Qualifications

  • Must have C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent.
  • Experience in building services maintenance ideally in a commercial environment.
  • 18th Edition qualification is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Emergency Light Testing.
  • Perform Fire Alarm Testing.
  • Maintain Chillers and Heat Exchangers.
  • Carry out Electrical Fault Finding.
