Your manager has been in post for years and now needs two Programme Managers to oversee London operations. The charity delivers Supported Internships - a blend of classroom learning, functional skills and job coaching with real work placements. These programmes give young people with special educational needs the support to gain skills, build confidence, and move into paid jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Support classroom learning, functional skills and job coaching standards
