As a Digital Marketing Executive you will support the AMELIORATE brand team in leading and implementing exciting marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, engage our online community, and drive brand awareness and customer retention. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to execute high‑performing campaigns, events and launches that reflect the latest beauty trends and consumer behaviours.
Responsibilities
- Plan, support and implement multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email) aligned with brand goals.
- Uphold the brand’s mission to promote science‑backed skincare and dermatologist trust.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Support ideation and execution of 360 web and channel‑specific content for various platforms in both written and visual formats, working collaboratively with channel leads across Blog, App, Paid Social, etc.
- Work with the e‑com team to monitor & report performance, track KPI's, influencer results, and website analytics.
- Generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (sales, PR, product) to ensure campaigns support overall business objectives.
- Bring innovative ideas to improve digital presence, campaign creativity, and audience engagement.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and aesthetics.
- Maintain consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Continuously improve personal skills to contribute more effectively to the team and company growth.
- Demonstrate agility – adapt quickly based on performance data and trends and the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle sector.
- Strong understanding of beauty trends, consumer behaviour, and industry dynamics.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, Canva, Google Ads/Analytics, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A solid grasp of the English language, immaculate grammar and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Knowledge of management platforms and reporting tools such as Content Square, Google Analytics and Keyword Planner ideal but not necessary.
- Self‑starter with project management skills.
- Can‑do attitude.
