Due to growth and a surge of demand, a leading financial services provider base in West Sussex is looking for those skilled within a customer service and call environment background who are passionate about solving queries and delivering excellent customer service.

The Role
  • Being first point of call for customer and member interaction.
  • Handling customer queries across all channels inc, verbal and written.
  • Join team meetings and share updates.
  • Support with customer questions and work with other teams.
  • Suggest service improvements.
  • Learn and develop skills.
Your Experience
  • Previous customer service experience is essential, exposure within Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
  • Clear, adaptable communicator.
  • Passion for helping customers and problem solving.
  • Good with numbers and detail.
