Job Title: Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist
Location: Skipton Hybrid 3 days WFH
Salary: Up to £40,000

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and clients regularly to understand and address account servicing needs
- Conduct primary servicing activities, including income and expenditure reviews and implement solutions such as payment arrangements, assisted sales or loan workouts
- Monitor agreed strategies and take appropriate action where necessary
- Work closely with solicitors and stakeholders to support legal and insolvency processes
- Prepare and submit referrals for all cases outside of mandate to the Manager
- Produce accurate, high-quality management information and reporting as needed
- Adhere to all internal policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative standards
- Support the implementation of approved case strategies across the portfolio
- Contribute to the culture of Treating Customers Fairly and meet Consumer Duty expectations
Experience and Skills
- Background in collections, arrears handling, or a similar regulated servicing environment within Bridging finance is essential (open to similar product/lending types)
- Experienced in term expiry
- A basic understanding of insolvency and legal servicing processes is desirable
- A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
