Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday, 40 Hours per week

Role Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain boilers and related systems under EMCOR contract.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections.
• Respond to gas escapes.
• Attend prescribed training programs, including client-specific requirements.
• Perform clerical duties as needed.
• Provide accurate feedback on plant status.
• Identify parts, obtain quotations, and handle purchasing.
• Participate in out-of-hours standby duties with allowances.
• Carry out maintenance on compressed air, Nitrogen/Argon plants, and other ancillary systems.

Candidate Requirements:

• ACS qualifications: CCN1, Cenwat, COCN1, CoDNCO1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, Met4, CIGA1, CDGA1, BMP1, CORT1.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic fault diagnosis in the gas industry.
• Knowledge of BMS systems.
• Basic IT skills are advantageous.
