The Role
We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead our catering operations at a prestigious site in Cambridge. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day catering service, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver operational excellence
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive profitability
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Work closely with clients to meet expectations and exceed service standards
  • Plan and deliver high-quality menus for events and daily service
About You
  • Previous experience as a Catering Manager or similar role (ideally within contract catering)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Financial and commercial awareness
  • A passion for food, service, and customer satisfaction
