A leading home improvement retailer in the UK is seeking a Business Change Lead to manage the transformation of in-store technology initiatives. You will be responsible for planning and executing change management strategies that enhance the retail experience for both customers and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management practices and a strong understanding of store technology ecosystems. This role offers a salary between £50,000 and £57,000, along with numerous benefits including pension and hybrid working.
count. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and adoption of in-store technology initiatives. You will oversee the deployment of technology from B&Q Product Teams, Group Product & Platform teams, as well as infrastructure and hardware changes, ensuring each initiative lands effectively with our colleagues and customers. Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Retail Ops, Program Managers and Communication Teams, you will shape training materials, organise pilots, plan rollouts, and ensure seamless UAT and colleague engagement. You'll also innovate by leveraging AI and train-the-trainer techniques to build knowledge and confidence across our teams.
