Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) are seeking to recruit Bank Level 5 Learning Disabilities Nurses for flexible working opportunities within Birmingham through our Trust Bank. The Learning Disability Services provide support to service users with learning disabilities who have challenging behavioral needs, physical disabilities as well as additional health needs. As an active member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will be expected to contribute to the setting and maintenance of achievable standards of patient care and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the setting and maintenance of achievable standards of patient care and quality outcomes as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Provide support to service users with learning disabilities who have challenging behavioral needs, physical disabilities and additional health needs.
  • Work flexibly within the BCHC Trust Bank to meet service needs in various areas described below.
