Performance. We are looking for talented Strategy professionals with the highest standards of integrity who have previously worked in Strategy Consulting and are seeking an opportunity to work in a fast-paced commercial environment. The successful candidate must have experience establishing corporate strategy frameworks. The regional Strategy team works with Entain's executive leadership to shape strategies that drive growth and innovation across the company and reports to the regional Managing Director.

The ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience influencing executive leaders on key strategic and investment topics, as well as executing commercial due diligence and growth strategy initiatives. Experience within the sports and gaming vertical is essential for this role.

This is an exciting position within a newly formed and rapidly expanding team, with responsibilities including:

  1. Strategic planning & execution: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning across CILA markets.
  2. Market & competitive analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks.
  3. Business performance optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, etc.) to identify and implement optimizations.
  4. Data-driven insights: Analyze data to derive insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  5. Thought leadership: Contribute industry knowledge, thought leadership, and a growth perspective to the organization.
  6. Strategic projects: Support high-visibility growth strategy projects by conducting strategic analysis, financial modeling, and synthesizing conclusions for presentation to internal executive leaders.
  7. Stakeholder management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
  8. Connect with broader organization: Facilitate the flow of ideas and information within the company.

Requirements include:

  • A strong undergraduate degree.
  • 6+ years' experience in strategy consulting or in-house strategy roles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply business frameworks (e.g., value chain, competitive forces, core competency analysis).
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations to executive leaders.
  • Strong interest in the betting, gaming, media, technology, and entertainment industries.
  • Fluent English speaker.
