Overview

Grade UE04: £26,093 - £28,778 per annum

CMVM / Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, Easter Bush Campus

Fixed Term: 12 months

Full Time: 35 Hours per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and proactive administrator to work within the Vet School administrative team. The post holder will provide high level administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the Head of School and School Executive Team, to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the School Office. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies on the Easter Bush Campus.

Your skills and attributes for success
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrable experience of arranging meetings and events and managing busy diaries
  • Ability to take minutes at various committee meetings
  • Teamwork in an administrative role
  • Great IT skills
  • Confident in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines

This role will be based on campus with occasional hybrid working from home option possible.
