Responsibilities

  • Process purchase ledger transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Complete bank account reconciliations.
  • Manage payment runs and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
  • Review and process utility bills for properties.
  • Resolve queries from internal and external customers.
  • Comply with processes and escalate issues as needed.

About the Role
  • Processing purchase ledger transactions and maintaining accurate recordsli>
  • Completing bank account reconciliations
  • Managing payment runs and ensuring compliance with financial procedures
  • Reviewing and processing utility bills for void properties and communal supplies
  • Resolving queries from internal and external customers / suppliers
  • Complying with processes and controls, escalating issues as needed

  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (including Excel) skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Experience
