We are seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager at Catalyst (part of Concentrix group). You will report to the head of the digital agency.

Major responsibilities:

1. Managing multiple digital projects, including client briefs, proposal formalization, feedback, briefing creative teams, and managing UX/UI and development teams.
2. Supporting clients in strategic thinking and marketing of digital products like mobile apps, websites, innovation, and customer journeys, based on market data.
3. Developing business within our existing client portfolio by proposing new routes and product developments (cross/up-sell).
4. Participating in agency tenders in partnership with UX, tech, and project management leads.

Required qualities:

• Ability to analyze, summarize, and creatively recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and strong presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of digital transformation challenges and web culture (UX/UI, user experience, technology).
• Business-oriented mindset for developing new opportunities.
• High level of rigor and discipline.
• Effective communication and public speaking skills.
• Curiosity and analytical skills for seeking and analyzing information.
• Experience working with "Tech giants" like Apple, Google, Salesforce is a plus.

Background / profile:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an agency or consulting environment.
• Business school or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English and French.
