A leading fintech company in Paris is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and maintain Cloud platforms. You will implement best practices for security and collaborate across teams to optimize solutions. The ideal candidate has 6 years in DevOps, strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform, and proficiency in programming languages. - 6 years experience in a DevOps / Cloud Engineer role.
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Very good knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java).
- Mastery of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of SQL / NoSQL and hybrid / on-prem infrastructures.
Responsabilités

As a key member of the DevOps & IT team youll :
- Design develop and maintain our Cloud platforms (mainly GCP ) to host Market Pays solutions.
- Implement best practices for infrastructure CI / CD monitoring and security .
- Collaborate daily with DevOps AppOps development data IT and security teams to build secure scalable solutions.
- Act as a technical reference for GCP Kubernetes and DevOps topics across subsidiaries.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence .
- Help optimize Cloud usage & costs in line with business growth.
Youll evolve in a cutting-edge environment with :
- Cloud & Infra : Linux GCP (networking storage databases IAM security) Kubernetes Cloud Run
- CI / CD & IaC : GitHub Actions GitLab CI ArgoCD Terraform Terragrunt Ansible
- Languages : Python (a big plus!) Shell Go Java
- Databases & Data : PostgreSQL MySQL BigQuery ElasticSearch
- Monitoring & Ops : Datadog Grafana Prometheus Atlassian Suite (Jira Confluence OpsGenie StatusPage)
- IT & Security : JumpCloud Bitdefender Bitwarden Nordpass
- Masters degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
- 6 years experience in a DevOps / Cloud Engineer role
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Very good knowledge of Kubernetes
- Proficiency in at least one programming language ( Python Go Java )
- Mastery of Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform Ansible)
