Your Mission

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the certification of our advanced payment solutions.

At the crossroads of technology compliance and business you’ll drive high‑impact projects ensuring our platforms meet international and domestic standards Visa Mastercard EMV CB Bancomat Bancontact and more.

You’ll work closely with Product Engineering QA and external certification bodies to make sure every Market Pay solution is validated compliant and market‑ready.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end‑to‑end certification projects define scope manage timelines align stakeholders and deliver milestones.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product Tech QA) to ensure priorities and blockers are handled efficiently.
  • Manage relationships with certification bodies auditors card schemes and acquiring partners.
  • Guarantee compliance and quality oversee testing follow corrective actions and ensure full adherence to scheme and acquirer requirements.
  • Continuously improve workflows optimizing for scalability and operational excellence.
What You Bring
  • 3 years of project management experience ideally in Fintech Banking or Payments.
  • Proven success in delivering complex multi‑stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
  • Knowledge of payment standards (EMV PCI DSS SEPA 3D Secure etc.); certification experience with card schemes / acquirers is a big plus.
  • Strong organization communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive structured mindset thriving in fast‑paced detail‑oriented environments.
  • Fluent English (written & verbal); experience with Agile tools (JIRA) is an advantage.
