As a key contributor to Salomons marketing efforts the Marketing Campaign Specialist Sportstyle (W / M) is responsible for developing and executing seasonal campaign activations delivering integrated marketing toolboxes and ensuring 360 coordination across all consumer touchpoints. From identifying trends and insights to managing content creation budget planning and logistics the position plays a crucial role in shaping impactful brand experiences and optimizing campaign performance.
- Contribute to the creation and / or execution of seasonal campaign and activation concepts
- Co-develop and deliver specific toolbox of content with our internal creative studio or external creative partners (window display product graphics technologies and campaigns product photos videos etc.)
- Coordinate execution with global marketing teams (retail digital influence public relations) to maximise 360 integration
- Develop relevant and differentiated seasonal campaign activations
- Benchmark competitors
- Co-define specific insights / trends / consumer traits
- Deliver appropriate content as part of global campaign execution for all touchpoints
- Deliver strong and impactful global launch plan
- Define and deliver seasonal toolboxes
- Develop guidelines for all consumer touch points (e.g. retail digital influence public relations photos / videos etc.)
- Ensure planning budget management and timely delivery of integrated marketing toolboxes
- Share updates to regional teams throughout the marketing process (sell-in sell-through sell-out)
- Coordinate execution with marketing specialists (shops digital sports marketing public relations photos / videos) to maximise 360 integration
- Collaborate with internal & external partners to ensure the best campaign execution and implementation
- Coordinate contracts with external providers and related internal services
Specific activities
- Integrate in logistics systems all developed tools
- Establish references
- Coordinate suppliers and logistics services
- Monitor stocks and restock accordingly
- Consolidate and share reports linked to campaign performance
Qualifications
- At least 4 to 5years of experience in marketing and communication or specific expertise ideally in the sports sector / sportwear company
- Good command of Pack Office
- Must be creative and results oriented while working with high energy
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to inspire and communicate
- Flexible project management style with the ability to quickly adapt in an international environment
- Written and oral English fluency is required. French is a plus.
