We’re looking for a skilled Legal Specialist to provide strategic legal support, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver clear, actionable guidance across a variety of legal and contractual matters within a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
Role Overview

• Provide legal advisory notes on issues identified by the General Affairs division.
• Draft and review templates for contracts and internal regulatory documents.
• Prepare legal memos or regulatory summaries to support decision-making.
• Conduct benchmark reports on governance, compliance, or legal organization issues.
• Ensure compliance of the division's activities with applicable legal frameworks.
• Anticipate legal risks and ensure robustness of contractual or regulatory documents.
• Deliver clear and accessible legal documentation for non-lawyers.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to address diverse legal topics.
• Manage a flexible response schedule to prioritize emergencies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English.
• Expertise in legislation and compliance across various areas of law (contracts, business, compliance, personal data, public law).
• Strong writing skills focused on clarity, synthesis, and operational effectiveness.
• Ability to provide targeted legal monitoring aligned with division activities.
• Capacity to handle a variety of requests including proofreading, drafting documents, and providing legal consultations.
• Expert knowledge of French and European law with adaptability to international contexts.

Education & Experience

• Qualifications: A degree in Law or related field.
• Certifications: Relevant legal certifications are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate or technology environment.
