Une entreprise technologique recherche un Responsable Tech & SI pour piloter une équipe de 20 personnes. Responsabilités
- Structurer et piloter la stratégie Tech & SI
- Manager une équipe de 20 personnes (dont 15 techs), superviser le CTO et un Lead Tech
- Définir une architecture scalable, moderniser l’infrastructure et le SI
- Piloter le passage au Cloud (Alibaba), à l’international, et intégrer de la data/IA
- Implémenter des process tech robustes (tests, sécurité, automatisation)
- Accompagner la transformation digitale et aligner Tech & Business
- Recruter, structurer, évangéliser une culture tech et assurer un reporting stratégique
La stack
- Frontend : Vue 3, Blade Laravel
- Backend : Laravel (1,5 ans), Zend/PHP natif (legacy)
- Données : MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, Alicloud Bucket, NFS
- API : REST
- Ops : Docker, CI/CD via GitHub Actions (bascule vers Kubernetes & Terraform envisagée)
- Cloud : OVH, Alibaba Cloud (objectif), GCP, Azure
- Outils : GitHub, Notion, SonarCloud, Cloudflare, Netdata, Zabbix, Linear
L’architecture
- Architecture en projets indépendants par domaines fonctionnels
- Monolithes legacy (VAD, Mercishop, etc.)
- Microservices sur les nouveaux modules (catalogue, moteur de recherche, logistique)
Les bonnes pratiques
- Méthodologie agile maison
- Pair programming, code review
- Tests unitaires sur certains projets
- Ambition d’implémenter plus de tests (fonctionnels, end-to-end, TDD) malgré un effectif tech limité
