Job Overview

Lyreco is a leading European distributor of workplace products and services. We are looking for a Group Sales Strategy and Operations Director (H/F) to join our CGO team in Marly or Brussels.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and Sales Tools (including CRM) to develop sales support systems that achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Partner with EXCom to set ambitious sales goals and build a framework to report, analyze, and measure progress.
  • Collaborate with Sales, MDs, Marketing, Customer Care, IT and Finance to create and refine tools and processes needed for strategic sales programs and motions.
  • Run the planning process with Finance and lead the operational cadence of activities, supporting quarterly and monthly business reviews and off‑site strategy workshops.
  • Design metrics cockpit, processes, and mechanisms that support sales excellence and productivity.
  • Support the evolution and implementation of sales systems and processes.
  • Provide market insights through external research and deep dives (macro‑economic issues and opportunities).
  • Lead quota planning and new market segment planning.
  • Analyze sales performance to improve sales excellence and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree.
  • 20 years experience: 5 years in consulting (McKinsey, BCG) and 15+ years in business.
  • 10 years experience working with C‑level stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering scaled GTM motions and defining sales strategy and GTM operations processes.
  • 5‑year experience in change management and leading teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills across organizational boundaries.
  • Fluent in English.
