Usual builds stablecoin and savings products designed for transparency, resilience, and long-term value creation. We are expanding our communications function and looking for an Ecosystem Manager who can help shape how users, partners, and the broader market understand the protocol. This role spans social media, Discord, market communication, and ecosystem engagement. You will translate complex financial concepts into clear, accurate messaging and guide the narrative around Usual as the protocol scales

• Operate two X accounts:
• Main account for formal, protocol-level communication.
• Intern/alt account for lighter commentary, real-time engagement, and market awareness.
• Produce high-quality posts, threads, governance updates, and educational content tailored to a financially literate audience.
• Maintain a consistent, professional tone appropriate for a financial protocol.
• Map market narratives, monitor sentiment, and engage selectively where meaningful to Usual.

• Own structure, clarity, and daily flow of the Usual Discord.
• Run AMAs, community calls, governance briefings, and product-update sessions.
• Coordinate moderators and ensure all information shared is accurate, timely, and aligned with the protocol’s direction.
• Gather community feedback and synthesize insights for product, design, and leadership.

• Turn product launches, integrations, proposals, and economic updates into clear, cohesive narratives.
• Maintain strong alignment with product, design, engineering, and the leadership team to ensure messaging consistency.
• Prepare FAQs, summaries, visuals, and comms support for announcements and governance decisions.

• Track social and community KPIs across both X accounts, Discord, and other surfaces.
• Identify what resonates with different user groups and continuously refine messaging.
• Maintain communication guidelines and evolve them as the protocol grows.

• Strong understanding of DeFi, stablecoins, yield mechanics, and financial risk frameworks.
• Proven experience managing social channels or community-facing communication in Web3 or finance.
• Exceptional writing ability—able to communicate complex economic concepts with clarity and precision.
• High responsiveness and situational awareness across Web3 narratives and market cycles.
• Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability in a remote, high-context environment.

• Experience at a DeFi protocol, stablecoin issuer, L2, trading platform, or fintech.
• Light design capability (Figma / Canva) for quick-turn content.
• Multi-language fluency (FR, ES, VN, CN, Arabic, PT-BR).
• Familiarity with governance frameworks and on-chain communication best practices.
