Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Freelance SAP C4C Consultant to provide expert support and contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of our SAP CRM solutions.

The role will require 4 days of engagement per month and will focus on operational resolution support and SAP Core Model evolution. The consultant will work closely with internal teams and partners to enhance system reliability, optimize processes, and drive innovation within the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Resolution & SAP C4C Management
2. Advanced SAP C4C expertise across the full CRM portfolio including Sales & Service.
3. Resolution of complex incidents and requests including:
1. Executing functional processes inaccessible to users.
2. Data extraction and correction for specific needs.
4. System customization & configuration: Design, implement, and test SAP C4C solutions.
5. Identify process inefficiencies, areas for improvement, and workarounds.
6. Manage change requests and emergency transports for high-priority incidents.
7. Participate in preliminary studies and technical/functional specification development in collaboration with functional teams.
8. Contribute to key Build & Integration projects ensuring:
1. Configuration testing and deployment.
2. Startup preparation, user acceptance, and post-go-live support.
9. Continuously improve and optimize the SAP Core Model proposing enhancements and best practices.
10. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure efficient SAP ticket resolution.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

1. Maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations and system modifications.
2. Document test cases and results for traceability and knowledge retention.
3. Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders.

Required Skills

1. Proven expertise in SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud).
2. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA.
3. Ability to deliver high-quality operational solutions and proactively resolve complex issues.
4. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders in a customer-oriented manner.
6. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other support levels.
7. Languages: Fluent in French & English (written and spoken).

Desired Skills

1. SAP C4C Certification is a strong plus.
2. Knowledge of other SAP modules.

Experience & Education

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar SAP C4C consulting role.
2. Bac +5 (Master's degree or equivalent in IT, Business, or related field).

Additional Information

1. Freelance position commitment of 4 days/month.
2. Daily rate: according to profile.
