Job summary
A leading game development studio is seeking a Lead Engine Programmer for their project, Age of Bharat. This role encompasses leading a team of engineers focused on various engine-related topics to ensure high-quality visual and technical performance. The position allows for full remote work, accommodating a global team. Candidates with a strong leadership background in engine development are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
Qualifications
- Directing engine teams on topics like Rendering, Platforms, Animation, Network, and Unreal engine.
- Leadership experience with teams of 8-12 engineers.
- Collaboration with Tech Art, GPPs, Art and Design teams.

- Lead engine teams to achieve visual and technical quality.
- Ensure performance standards are maintained.
Vue d'ensemble
As the Lead Engine programmer for Age of Bharat, You will be responsible for directing the engine teams on various technical topics such as Rendering, Platforms, Animation, Network, and Unreal engine. You will lead a team of 8-12 engineers with the help of associate lead programmers, and work closely with other teams like Tech Art, GPPs, Art and Design to achieve the best visual and technical quality while maintaining performances at their target.

- Location : Full remote possible (time zone limit is from the east coast of the Americas to India)
