A global talent recruitment agency is seeking an International Remote Recruiter to source fresh-entry and mid-level candidates for Business Support & BPO roles across Europe and North Africa. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have at least 6 months of recruitment experience, and possess creative sourcing skills. This position is freelance, offering flexible working arrangements with a pay-per-hire structure. Candidates must not currently be associated with another recruitment agency.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English is required for conducting interviews.
  • At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is necessary.
  • Candidates should be skilled with sourcing tools and job boards.

Cross Border Talents is hiring freelance Talent Sourcers to recruit fresh-entry and mid-level candidates for Business Support & BPO roles across Europe and North Africa.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (interviews in English)
  • 6+ months of recruitment/talent sourcing experience
  • Proficient with sourcing tools, job boards & networks
  • Resilient, positive, target-driven, financially secure (pay per hire, no fixed salary)
  • Not currently working with any recruitment agency

Responsibilities:

  • Identify & attract top talent using creative sourcing methods - 70% active sourcing
  • Conduct interviews & assess candidates' qualifications
  • Follow up the operation plan with the team leader to understand hiring needs and the USPs
  • Manage candidate pipelines & maintain strong communication with candidates & clients
  • Draft and post engaging job ads 30% passive sourcing
