A global manufacturer of dental equipment is seeking a Sales Manager for France to lead a team of Territory Managers and drive business growth. This remote role requires strong leadership, B2B sales experience, and fluency in French. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years in sales roles, ideally within the dental or medical device industry, and be willing to travel extensively across France.
Cynosure Talent is currently exclusively retained with a global manufacturer of dental equipment headquartered out of Switzerland.
The business is looking to hire a Sales Manager France to come onboard and manage a team of 7 Territory Managers and 2 clinical staff while maintaining a high field visibility to meet customers, KOL's and Dealers and ensure continued success of this robust, flagship territory.
This position will involve working fully remote within France and reports directly to the Sales Director Europe. This is a business critical hire with a huge amount of autonomy responsible for a key market within the organisation.
