• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience and/or education
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in strategy or management consulting, preferably within healthcare
• Strong knowledge of strategic thinking principles and healthcare industry trends
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
• Ability to create digestible presentations for various levels of stakeholders

• Experience establishing IT platforms to support Medicaid Payor capabilities
• Background in health insurance operations and technology
• Familiarity with operational improvement initiatives
• Experience in IT program or portfolio management
