As we scale our commercial footprint, we are seeking a high-impact sales professional to help drive our expansion across European markets.

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead business development efforts across European institutional markets. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious fintech firm at an early stage, contribute directly to its growth trajectory, and be part of a mission-driven team with a differentiated product offering.

You will be responsible for developing and managing new business opportunities, owning the full sales cycle, and playing a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, a consultative sales approach, and a deep understanding of the institutional investment landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive adoption of Scientific Portfolio across institutional markets in Europe.
• Build, grow, and manage relationships with institutional investors, investment consultants, and asset managers, acting as an expert in Scientific Portfolio’s analytics platform helping to find solutions to their complex challenges.
• Own the entire sales lifecycle—from account planning, client discovery and relationship building, product demonstration and lead generation through to contract negotiation and onboarding.
• Understand client needs in depth and articulate how our analytics platform delivers meaningful value across investment workflows.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Research, Client Service) to ensure a seamless client experience, answer detailed enquiries about Scientific Portfolio’s methodologies and support long-term client engagement.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and thought leadership events.
• Share market intelligence and client feedback to inform product development and commercial strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in institutional sales within B2B fintech, investment analytics, data services, or asset management.
• Strong understanding of institutional investment processes and the consultant landscape.
• Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations across diverse European markets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and consultative selling skills; ability to engage senior decision-makers with credibility and insight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative, independence, adaptability, and drive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• General knowledge of portfolio theory and risk & performance attribution methodologies.
