A dynamic recruitment agency is seeking a remote Business Developer. This role offers a commission-based earning structure (15-30% of agency fees) and involves managing the executive's personal and professional schedule. Ideal candidates will be proactive, fluent in English, and comfortable with a commission-only lifestyle. This position is open to candidates across the globe, with a preference for US or European residents.

Business Developer 100% Commission (15-30% of agency fees)
Personal Assistance: Ensure complete coordination of the executive's private life, manage their personal and professional schedule, supervise and plan meals in collaboration with the personal chef (considering dietary preferences, health goals, allergies, etc.), be available to travel to Africa, USA, Canada, Dubai, and Europe, handle personal shopping, organize and book travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transfers, etc.), support family members of the executive when necessary, organize and maintain wardrobe (manage clothing, ironing, coordinate outfits for occasions), plan and follow grooming appointments (hairdresser, manicure, pedicure, aesthetic treatments), ensure routines of well-being (nutrition, physical activity, rest), prepare simple or special meals at home when required, manage and update the global calendar (appointments, reminders, meetings, schedule coordination), welcome and manage guests (provide full support during visits, accommodation, catering, transportation), organize private meals, receptions, or events and oversee all related logistics, handle administrative and organizational tasks (coordinate personal and professional agendas with internal and external teams, schedule meetings, manage logistics such as reservations, documents, invitations), manage administrative tasks (expense reports, correspondence, report writing), liaise with external service providers and team members (driver, chef, household staff, suppliers, etc.), prepare a personal budget and manage daily cash flow.
Education
Who You Are: Fluent in English (French or Spanish skills are a plus). A natural networker who knows people or knows how to find them. Self-driven, proactive in completing tasks. Comfortable living a commission-only lifestyle (the more you close, the more you earn). Located anywhere, with a preference for candidates in the US or Europe.
