Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, relying on our internal teams' expertise.

You will also implement actions to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance our services' value to ensure lasting, optimized relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

1. Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients without this resource gain access.
2. Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt, tailored responses.
3. Monitoring and overseeing client projects, ensuring alignment with expectations.
4. Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients not recently in contact, to maintain close relationships.
5. Creating access and providing technical demonstrations of our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
6. Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, detecting disputes or contentious situations early.

• At least a significant initial experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector. Your agility, resourcefulness, and independence are key!
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a constantly evolving scale-up environment
• Proficient in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides)
• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory
