We invite charismatic and motivated Consultants to join our team. Please note this is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a guaranteed minimum day rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Source clients and refer them through our network.
• Our office team handles client contracts and billing.
• Act as a consultant for client projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Create an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promote our consulting services within your network, encouraging cross-referrals.
• Receive a share of daily billing, starting at a minimum of €355 per referral.

Requirements:

• Consulting experience in one of the practice areas listed above.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Professional communication skills and telephone manner.
