Our Client has developed a virtual world where players can build, own and monetize their own voxel gaming experiences on the Ethereum blockchain.

They are building a deeply immersive gaming virtual world metaverse where creators get the chance to make games next to gaming giants, prestigious brands and gaming partners.

We are currently recruiting a Head of Publishing.

Main Responsibilities
•Manage a portfolio of game studios, sign developers/publishers into The Sandbox’s Game Makers Fund by advocating the benefits of building games with our decentralized virtual world and co-marketing collaboration with The Sandbox
•Report on individual studio adoption, issues, and success with The Sandbox platform
•Manage contracts, track achievements, and potential revenue recognition reporting.
•Follow on the production process, ensuring the highest quality of delivery
•Review and define the guidelines for the Game Makers Fund
•Gather/enter, maintain, digest and analyze data which tracks game content
•Serve as the voice of the game studio to help streamline The Sandbox new features, offerings and enable studios to deliver on their creative intent with no compromises, creating and monetizing games and NFTs on the platform

Job Requirements :

•PC Game Monetization experiences is highly preferred
•Experience with game publishers and industry developer relations
•Technical producer experience at a Game Studio
•Experience in game publishing in several markets for Mobile or PC
•Experience with gameplay programming and game design
•Shipped at least one mobile, console, PC, or XR game
•Experience with Game Live Operations, in-app purchases model and game user growth
•Experience with core game development and game engines
•Deep Knowledge of game industry and studio engagements
•Comfortable working with large, complex projects and deliverables
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong social team fit, self-motivated
•Preferred MS, or PhD degree in an engineering or computer science related field
