Support customers by phone, chat, or email in French
Solve technical or general issues using documentation and training tools
Represent the brand with clarity, care, and professionalism
Recommend solutions and educate users where possible
Document all interactions and maintain customer satisfaction KPIs
We're not asking for miracles just solid skills, a team spirit, and a positive attitude.
- Fluent in French
- At least B2 English (for internal communication)
- Confidence using a computer and navigating support tools
- Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or tech support
- Adaptability to rotating shifts and dynamic environments
- Interest in tech or digital products
