We are looking for a Land Development Manager to support strategic development programs across France. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading consultancy supporting some of the world’s largest hyperscale data centre clients across the region. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the permitting, planning and pre-construction phases of major hyperscale projects. Acting as a trusted advisor to hyperscale clients, you’ll coordinate all aspects of land acquisition support, planning, permitting, and site readiness, ensuring each site is primed for successful delivery. This is a remote role based in France with periodic travel across the region, offering exposure to complex, high‑value developments shaping the future of Europe’s digital infrastructure.
