We are seeking experienced Social Media Content Specialists available to work a combination of shifts, including days (7AM to 3PM CEST), evenings (3PM to 11PM CEST), and weekends, to join our growing team. Responsibilities include:

1. Review, monitor, moderate, and respond to comments on clients’ social channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) using their unique brand voice.
2. Craft creative written content to encourage participation and increase engagement.
3. Provide clients’ audiences with excellent social media experiences.
4. Escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights through relevant channels.
5. Understand clients’ social media strategies, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines to communicate effectively.
6. Ensure community safety policies and brand guidelines are followed by all members.

Qualifications:

• Native fluency in British English; additional languages (C2 proficiency) are a plus.
• Exceptional written communication skills in British English.
• Open and flexible availability to work varied shifts throughout the week and weekends.
• Professional experience moderating and engaging across all social media platforms.
• Experience creating engaging content in line with brand voice and guidelines.
• Ability to adapt tone and voice to different customers.
• Interest and knowledge in content moderation across multiple industries.
• Reliable high-speed internet without data restrictions.
• Active Facebook account.
