Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Virtual Airline Ticketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing airline ticketing, assisting customers with bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling, and ensuring smooth travel experiences. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting travelers worldwide.

• Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations.

• Assist customers with itinerary planning and provide information on fares, routes, and schedules.

• Process refunds and handle rebookings efficiently.

• Communicate with airlines to resolve ticketing and scheduling issues.

• Ensure compliance with airline policies and industry regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Stay updated with airline policies, promotions, and travel restrictions.

• Proven experience in airline ticketing or a similar role.

• Proficiency in global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

• Previous experience using GDS systems is highly preferred.
