Job summary
A leading recruitment partner is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager for a prominent cosmetics brand based in Paris. This remote role requires managing relationships with major retailers across Europe, particularly Sephora. The ideal candidate will lead the execution of strategic marketing initiatives, achieve sales targets, and oversee account management. Strong leadership and at least five years in retail management are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages as a plus. This position involves significant travel across Europe.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in cosmetic or retail management.
- Experience working with Sephora is essential.
- Track record in managing large accounts and negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Execute European commercial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and grow relationships with European retailers.
- Achieve sales targets via annual 360 plans.
