The ideal candidate

10 years in product-led companies with 7 in product management and 3 in leadership roles managing B2C mobile apps with 1M global users.

Proven experience scaling a startup product team from early stages to a mature squad-based structure comfortable being hands‑on.

Technically fluent able to balance data‑driven decisions with strong product intuition and a concise structured communicator.
