TELUS International AI (TIAI) is seeking French speakers for our project.

Task Description

Participants will assess artificial intelligence outputs for quality, accuracy and relevance according to detailed guidelines, providing critical feedback to improve machine learning models for search engines, chatbots or recommendation systems.

Responsibilities include reviewing datasets, rating AI-generated content (text, images, etc.) and ensuring compliance with standards. The work will be executed in the customer tool and the user will be provided with instructions to log in and complete the task.

The user will primarily be provided with tasks in the target language and, when there is little work in the target language, can avail English tasks as well unless the user confirms they are not comfortable rating English tasks.

Expected Project Duration

November 2025 – December 2026

Estimated Time to Complete the Task

3 minutes per task and a minimum of 20 ratings per hour.

Availability

10 to 20 hours a week

Compensation

• 21.63 USD / hour (1.08 USD per unit)
• This is an independent contractor opportunity.
• Payment will be processed via Hyperwallet.
• Payment will be made after tasks are approved in the QA phase.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.

• There will be two levels of tests the user must clear before moving into production.
• Screening process: language test & project eligibility test.
• Training evaluation – users will be tested after self‑paced training (reading the guideline) and only upon clearance will be moved to production.
